Run 12/29/08

I left work today with no headache and the weather was pretty decent, so I figured why not? So I did a little something. Something is better than nothing. Hopefully I'll get back into the swing of things.

Good job. Glad you didn't have a headache.

On David's menu for Christmas, we had:
Mojo pork tenderloin, jerk chicken, yuca, black beans, caribbean rice, salad with tomatillos and cilantro, shrimp ceviche, and plantains cooked in brown sugar and dark rum (cooked off). Wash it all down with some margaritas, and he made some sauces that were delish!

One foot in front of the other.

That is all that really matters.

Hope that you achieve all your running/life goals in 2009.

Wow, to go from 60m to 47m for a 5-miler training pace in a little over a year is impressive. Reading your old post made me remember all of Marvin Gaye's music, What's Goin' On & I Heard It Through the Grapevine. What a loss when he passed on.
