Run 10/27/08

Here's a quick one. It was cold, dark and windy. Actually, it got too dark too soon (probably a storm a'comin'), so I headed for the track. I know, I know, the track is not my friend. But we were finally on good terms. The run was only 15min long. That's not quite long enough to jack anything up. Or maybe it was because I switched back into my Adidas this week. In any case, it was pretty decent.

And on that note, I'm gonna get some grub. I'm starving.

Way to get out there. It was cold and windy where I ran yesterday too. I felt like I was going in slow motion when the wind was going against me!

Nice pace. I'm finding it hard to motivate myself to get out in this weather.

Some days just getting out is the battle. That's fifteen minutes you did...

It's so nasty outside. Great job getting out there for a run. You're a better woman than me.

This fall back on time is going to really affect our exercise schedules. I hate it. Great pace... I haven't been on a track in sooooo long. Good job!
