I ran later than I wanted to. Let's back track. I was up later than I needed to be. I got such a late start. I hate feeling like my day is wasted. Oh well. I got over it and ran.
Today's run was more comfortable than the last. I made it a point to go a bit slower. But I still think I need to slow it down a taste if I'm going to add mileage. I'm starting HM training again. Now I'm not sure I'll run one this year with this setback. But I just want to know that I can if I wanted to. I just wish I could pick up where I left off.

Breakfast: Tofu scramble w/home fries and toast
Lunch: Smoothie w/banana, strawberry, blueberry, unsweetened soymilk and hemp protein
Dinner: Tuscan beans w/tempeh and spinach over rice
Snack: Rooibos chai w/sugar cookies (Yep, I baked tonight. I had a sweet tooth.)
