I decided to try a new yoga routine from a different dvd all together. I did the 16min vinyasa segment twice. There's no way I was ready to move on to the inversion segment. Yeah, that's not for me. Not just yet. Maybe never. Anyway, it definitely got my blood flowing. I should do this routine more. My arms definitely got a workout.
Yoga Journal's Yoga for Strength & Energy
Breakfast: TJ's Toasted Oatmeal Flakes w/raisins and unsweetened soymilk
Lunch: PB&J w/hot tea
Snack: Smoothie w/strawberry, banana, blueberry, flaxseed and unsweetened soymilk
Dinner: Black bean leftovers
Snack: Chocolate Mint Clif Builder's bar
